An interesting report out of the States suggests that organic food and cosmetic and bodycare products are still far from being the natural choice of US shoppers.
Mind you, in such a huge market you can still make a good living without being top dog!
Interestingly the report author’s advice to retailers is to mix organic products in with non-organic, rather than hiding them away in a dedicated section. Interesting, because it’s what UK retailers have been doing for at least a couple of years now, with great success apparently.
