Glebe Farm produces a unique range of organic flours and wheat, wheat-free and gluten-free bread mixes and cake mixes. All are suitable for bread machines and hand baking.
Rebecca Rayner runs Glebe Farm where the wheat and spelt crops are grown, milled and packed. Four local windmills are also used.
Glebe Farm offers a trusted organic flour, sustainably produced, from habitats attractive to wildlife. There are 57 different bird species including reed and corn buntings on the land.
Following the success of its Gluten Free Chocolate and Ginger Cake Mixes, Glebe Farm has announced it is adding a Carrot Cake Mix and a Cranberry and Blueberry Muffin Mix to its gluten free range.
The cake mixes come in four-colour, tall slender bags, for extra impact at point of sale.
